Socket for Telnet to 172.16.42.1 on PinePhone #86

There doesn't seem to be a socket available to telnet to the jumpdrive on PinePhone. Connecting the PinePhone USB-C to Ethernet adapter doesn't connect to the network, wifi is not available.

Consider including appropriate fubctionality to use telnet.
