Sxmo 1.12 #497

This release contains mostly bug-fixes and incremental improvements, so it should be ready to push to testing.

While upgrading these packages I also refactored sxmo-utils a bit to make it easier to publish a sxmo-utils-git package to the aur, more details are in the commit messages.
