Alarms in gnome-clocks doesn't work if the phone is in sleep.

We could use these patches from PostmarketOS. Alternatively we could add this AUR package as submodule and use it instead.
Additional context
I installed gnome-clocks-waked from AUR, works just fine after sudo systemctl enable waked.
