Modem not enabled automatically after submitting SIM card password (plasma-mobile on PPP)

• Kernel Version : 6.4.1-1-danctnix
• UI: Plasma Mobile

Describe the bug After submitting the SIM card password after booting, the modem needs to be manually enabled via sudo mmcli -m any --enable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Power on
2. Enter SIM card password
3. See modem doesn't get enabled

Expected behavior Modem gets automatically enabled and messages received.
