Make /bid work in Slack DMs again #132

I know this is possible since the old version of /bid from the Beeminder bot worked fine in DMs with other people. (I thought it also was working just the other day with Omnibot but maybe I'm confused.)

To clarify: not talking about DMs with the bot.
