Hey @dreid1991, it might be wise to merge this. Fixes include:
tabs to spaces in every touched file
indentation fixes
ordering fixes
long lines collapsed
complete removal of using namespace std in headers
It doesn't conform exactly to what we said in the recent style guide email in some places (class member orderings, since I didn't know the class member ordering preferences when I did this stuff, but I think it's wise to merge this sooner rather than later, of course, with your blessing.
