Refactor Startup Code #13

Startup Code should implement Logging

There should be a splash screen notifying the user of startup progress

There should be warnings if critical files are missing (for example certificate files in ./cert directory)

If certificate files exist, they should be checked against the hostname of the machine and the user should be warned if there are mismatches.
