Trackmania Turbo support #3

Hi!

I really liked the idea of your plugin, so I decided to port it over to Turbo. Most of the code was copy & pasted from MP4, but some minor additions/changes were needed, which I've commented.

I think I've checked pretty much every scenario possible in Turbo, and it works properly. The only small issue I didn't bother fixing is resetting on the countdown (which is impossible in TM 2020) -- it sometimes doesn't count towards the reset counter.

hey, i was about to port it to turbo lol. i'll take a look at seeing if i can figure out a way to fix resetting on the countdown.
