Upon completion of a print, the LCD displays a message asking the user to press Accept. During this time the steppers continue to "hold" after print is finished. Only after pressing Accept is when the steppers are released.
This causes ~25W of power draw for the steppers to sit in HOLD.
I've also noticed that there is a timeout that the steppers will eventually be released. Though I haven't been around to hear/notice it so I don't know if it's just 30 seconds, or 6 hours.
