Right-Click on Windows 11 Volume Tray Icon does nothing #389

How to reproduce: Run Windows 11, Run Retrobar, Right-Click on the Volume Icon in the Tray

In Windows 11s Taskbar, the icons for network and volume are grouped together as one for left-clicking. Right-click however is still sensitive to which icon you click on. The fastest way to open the Windows 11 Mixer (which is in my opinion an improvement from the Win10-Mixer) is right-click the volume icon -> "Open Mixer". This is not possible currently with RetroBar.

Hi, just want to add that I am having this issue as well with release 1.11. I also want to say thanks for developing this amazing taskbar!
