Simplified Chinese typeface mismatch on built-in Windows Vista Aero theme #790

By default the built-in Vista Aero theme uses Segoe UI as FontFamily, which doesn't contain Simplified Chinese codepoints and causes a font fallback to Microsoft Jhenghei, a typeface for Traditional Chinese, thus causes a typeface mismatch. Should explicitly declare to use Microsoft Yahei for Simplified Chinese language profile.
