feature request: way to programmatically change theme #864

Hi, really love this program, I am using the windows xp blue theme.

Something I would like to do, is change my theme programmatically. So I can make the colours represent what I am doing with the computer at that time. For example: change the colour scheme to silver when I am working and to zune when I am gaming.

Right now a hacky way to do this would be to kill retrobar.exe, change the settings.json and restart but that will make the taskbar glitch out as it briefly changes to the default windows taskbar. As such, this hack is nowhere near as seamless as changing the colours in the retrobar GUI.

I could make a PR myself, if there is public demand for this.

Sounds like a good idea. I could use something like that!

I'd sure appreciate this feature, especially to set a "Christmas" or "Halloween" theme on different days.
