[REQUEST] Add the functionality to have the taskbar in different orientations/edges on different displays #889

I use two displays, one horizontal and one vertically alligned. I'd like to have the taskbar to the left only on the vertical display, but this can't be done without changing it also on the horizontal one.

didn't want to write an entirely new post for this since it's semi related(?) but it would be really nice to have a toggle that can disable the taskbar on one display but keep it enabled on the other!
