Theme options reduced #908

Taskbar themes do not work after windows update "2024-08 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5041587)"

The app regardless of your selection is using the Windows 98 taskbar. Screenshot 2024-08-29 155147

There might be something else specific to your system contributing to this issue. I just downloaded the same preview update, installed it on Windows 11 23H2, updating the version to 10.0.22631.4112. I cycled through all the Theme options and RetroBar appears to be unaffected on my system. RetroBar03
