16bit app doesn't appear on taskbar when launched (W10 32bit) #926

When using an old 16bit accounts package on Windows 10 32bit, there is no entry for it on the taskbar. If retrobar is closed and then reloaded (after said software is loaded), it does then appear on the taskbar. It doesn't have the correct icon though, it kinda looks like the old 3.1 program manager icon? This issue persists between all themes.

Is this application publicly available? I'm seeing the correct behavior with other 16-bit apps (Chip's Challenge, JezzBall, SkiFree...)

Demo.zip

This application is very niche tbh and hasn't been on sale for over a decade. I think this demo file may be enough to test it though. I don't think it asks for any company info, like the full program does.

I tried Chips challenge, Jezzball and a few components of Win31 (it came in the Jezzball zip I downloaded). All of these showed up on the taskbar just fine.

When I load Businessworks, I noticed that it doesn't appear on the taskbar on the initial menu, or the main program. The close program dialog window does show up however.

Well this was strange. I noticed the program appeared on the taskbar out of nowhere, using the progman icon. I closed the program and reloaded it and it didn't re-appear. I followed the same sequence of opening windows and things I clicked on and couldn't reproduce it.
