Describe the enhancement requested

@mirnawong1 made a great callout https://github.com/dbt-labs/docs.getdbt.com/pull/3690#pullrequestreview-1519077765 in https://github.com/dbt-labs/docs.getdbt.com/pull/3690 that the PyPI homepage is rather empty.

proposal

modify setup.py to pass the README.md to the package's long description field
