To establish the set of main specializations me and @lexrazoux we found the two well known and respected bioontologies (MeSH, SNOMED CT) and found two sets of medical specializations. These ontologies can be found under: Health Occupations and Clinical Speciality. The important thing is that we took two sets of specializations and merged these sets to ensure its completeness and got rid of duplicates. This way we formed a set of 147 medical specializations that can be found in the P0/meta.xlsx file
