Acquire missing URLs for a complete overview of hospitals in the US (e.g. manual search, crowdsourcing or other methodologies).

Also write accompanying documentation.

In #24 we collected all the hospitals from Foursquare. The majority of the URLs, however, were missing. We therefore decided to take two approaches: First, we extended the hospital collection by using the Google Places API, which is also descried in #24. As a further source, we are using the power crowd-sourcing. The collected list of hospitals in New York was used to create a job on CrowdFlower (https://crowdflower.com/jobs/1003274/), where we asked for people to find URLs for the provided hospital names. Unfortunately, our budget of $15 was only sufficient for 273 collected entries.
