Android project changes to support discovery of UPI apps for API level 30
Example app changed to show all apps to avoid confusion with the change in behaviour of showing working apps only with 1.0.0

Followed the links dropped in #25 history to figure out the solution to support API level 30

Shows the discovery of apps on an Android 11 Redmi Note 10 device

Looks good to me code wise. Haven't been able to test with a device yet! Would be good if we can get a feedback from one of original issue authors.

Yeah. Have requested folks participating on #25 to try out my fork. Let's wait.
