Various components in our project should be updated / upgraded, including necessary adjustements:

• [x] Gradle uses currently 7.6
• [ ] Kotlin K2 compiler is out
• [x] Angular and Angular Material are now on version 18 (we are 15)
• [x] Check our dependencies
