Update README #13

Thanks to @mkaay for reverse engineering the Hue bridge communication!

Hi thank you for merging it, but why hide the information on the wiki? now there is the readme, which only contains the Hue content, and the wiki with has duplicate information. Maybe consolidate that into one place? The readme also doesn't have the column 'tested' (OTAU via DeCONZ) yet

I want to move the Wiki to this repo, but I don't have the rights to enable the Wiki on this repo. I'm happy to refer to it from the README. I want a low-maintenance overview on the README: no types (Signify don't provide a full overview of them anymore). In the beginning I was wondering whether the files would actually work, but we've seen no report of them not working, so the "tested" info seem superfluous.

There's actually two Wiki pages with firmware. One seems terribly outdated...
