Dummy lights

Description

My idea is to have the possibility to add dummy lights. This would enable a user to control non zigbee devices via a homeautomation tool like ioBroker based on the states of the dummy devices.

Considered alternatives

CLIP sensors do not work as the are not exposed as lights to Alexa / Harmony etc

Additional context

maybe different types would be great like the sensors bulb with brightness and/or color and/or temperature plugs with only on/off ...
