Adds support for two new manufacturers to the already-existing TS0041 DDF.

Addresses both #7364 and #7519.

@retrography looks like theres a issue for the device referenced in #7364. Can you please correct this?

@Mimiix Did I just fix it? It's the first time I'm using the iOS app. I am not exactly sure what happened.

I think you need to do another PR to this repo from yours.
