Hi, is there a quick way to get the basics (thermometer read-out, temperature set, and valve setting) of the thermostat working?

Smanar commented 8 months ago

Yes, take a working DDF and just set your model id and manufacture name. If the device respect standard it will work direclty, after can need adjustement. As sample you can take this one https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/blob/master/devices/elko/thermostat_16_a.json But need to remove TYPE_CONSUMPTION_SENSOR

sdriesche commented 8 months ago

thanks! the thermostat is now working perfectly.

Smanar commented 8 months ago

And I was wrong, you can keep the TYPE_CONSUMPTION_SENSOR. But Now I m looking better the DDF, but was same device ? It use the TYPE_CONSUMPTION_SENSOR on same endpoint than your, the 0x05 ....
