I tried this command using Home Assistant to change the sensitivity and it seems to be working, maybe the device was set to 0 and so it was not detecting motion? It's strange that I can't change the sensitivity using the UI.

Describe the bug
One of my Philips Hue Outdoor Motion Sensor SML004 is not detecting motion. I've recently paired two sensors on Deconz (both SML004 on firmware 2.53.6). One is working ok, the other one is not detecting motion (temperature and light are ok). I tried to re-pair it and the issue persist. If I remove the batteries, when I insert them again I have a motion event, but then nothing. I don't know if this is the issue, but comparing the two sensors on the GUI, the one not working has id 0x0030 to 0, while the working one has it to 2. I can't change it, I get write error.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
