I think the refresh intervals for the items which also receive values by ZCL attribute reporting need to be raised, they should be higher than the max reporting intervals to not do needless polling if reporting works.

Sorry took a while. I'd propose to update the refresh intervals in this PR only for this light. The other Ikea lights can then be fixed in further per device PRs.
