Can you try these steps from here (again): https://www.phoscon.de/en/raspbee2/install#raspbian
Configure user access rights of the serial interface sudo raspi-config Interfacing Options → Serial Would you like a login shell accessible over serial? → No Would you like the serial port hardware to be enabled? → Yes Note: Changes to access rights only become active after a restart.
By using the Raspberry Pi, the original power supply is required to guarantee a stable gateway. Only this power supply delivers 5.1V and 2.5A (Raspberry Pi 3B+) respectively 3A (Raspberry Pi 4B). And it definitely has good quality. https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/hardware/raspberrypi/power/README.md
When using the RaspBee II use other USB devices on a USB extension.

Hi,
I'm trying to get my RaspBee II running with OpenHAB-environment, but im having trouble connecting it to the Phoscon App. In the App, the Gateway shows the devices firmware as 'not connected'.
I checked that:

anddtparam=i2c=on

I also tried flashing the newest firmware (https://github.com/dresden-elektronik/deconz-rest-plugin/wiki/Update-deCONZ-manually#update-in-raspbian), but that failed.
Needless to say, I'm unable to add any ZigBee devices.
The module also gets quite warm, but is installed correctly. Anything else I can try?
