switches not working anymore #412

Today something strange happend .. everthing works as usual but then something broke and since then i cant controll my hue bulbs. in gui mode i dont see anything unusual. even the green lines are present.

i then removed one bulb and factory reset it with my hue dimmer switch. i tried to connect them but that dont work ether.

i than updatet the deconz deb file and updated to the latest conbee II firmware and nothing changed.

i get readings from sensors.

switches (wall plugs) get readings from current and voltage but cant switch them on and off too
