Changing the Color of a bulb "colder" via remote control not working

I have got Phoscon (2.12.06 / 19.8.2021 / 26660700) with an IKEA FLOALT panel WS 60x60 ( 1.2.217) and IKEA Tradfri 5-Button Remotcontrol (1.2.214).

What works:

• On/ off
• Dimming brighter/ darker
• Changing color warmer

What doesn't work:

• Changing color colder

When changing the button/ function mapping, colder still doesn't work. So the problem should neither be the hardware, nor the configuration in the webinterface.

Can anyone help?

In addition: in the webinterface, one can see, that the system recognizes, that the button is pressed. But the execution is just not working or it tries to do something (the color-regulator is jumping up/ down), but with no effect on the hardware.

I have the same problem with the same remote, but different lamp group of IKEA. I'm using the latest versions of the ikea firmware, as well as the conbee 2 stick.
