deCONZ launches Phoscon using loopback address in browser #450

I have found others that have experienced this issue but can't seem to find what the solution was. I'm running deCONZ ver 2.14.1 on a Hometroller Pro (Windows 10) )device and every time I try to lunch Phoscon, it starts up at the address 127.0.0.1:8080. I can manually access this by going to the computers assigned IP address and things seem to work, but when I then try to enable 3rd party apps, my HomeSeer JowiHue plugin does not see the gateway.

I am able to take the same ConBee II to another computer and install the software and everything appears to work correctly.

Any thoughts welcome.
