Get a hold of some savefiles and decode them #9

Honestly the hardest part will be to actually get a hold of a savefile.

Unless I somehow come up with, like, a Windows 98 VM or something.

Update: I've got a Windows XP VM. I've gotten a hold of some save files. There's also camera data, which is interesting to note.
