what about scanning string in case of non printable character conversion? #33

:eyes: it would be nice to turn automatically special characters é or è e' à a' ù u' ò o' and others to <?> or something similar to show unidentified characters

:recycle: this could turn useful with timeseal that crashes without ascii 128 characters
