4.2.2 and 4.2.3.1 of -01 are redundant #85

https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-wilde-linkset-01#section-4.2.2 and https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-wilde-linkset-01#section-4.2.3.1 seem to duplicate a lot of information. one of those sections probably could be trimmed.

that was fixed a long time ago.
