updating from RFC 7159 to RFC 8259 #87

an updated version of RFC 7159 should be published very soon. https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-jsonbis-rfc7159bis/ is in the RFC editor queue, and as soon as it is published, we should switch to the new version as well.
