Few fixes #2

Integrated a few fixes to the assignments page Syllabus is currently far away from the googledoc, wonder how the xslt incorporates multiple topics per lecture

i'll go through the syllabus again. i did update all dates as discussed in our last meeting, but yes, the multiple topics per date thing is a problem. that's not something i ever had to do so far. will try to come up with a way how to handle this.

i looked through the google docs and the syllabus and frankly couldn't really find where they are far away. we're missing abstracts in both places, and yes, a few notes from the google docs are missing. will try to add abstracts asap.
