Update for multiple debrid providers, advanced options for Knightcrawler support #15

Hey @dreulavelle, here's the update to the Prowlarr indexer we've been discussing :)

I updated the torrentio indexer, the elfhosted public one, added a generic Knightcrawler, and an internal one for ElfHosted users (feel free to remove that if you don't want it in the public repo!).

SInce I was learning about the Prowlarr syntax, I also updated the indexer to support all the debrid providers that torrentio (and now Knightcrawler) support.

Any reason this PR removed seeders count from torrentio?
