[[Page#Anchor]] links don't seem to work #14

Gollum will turn [[Page#wiki-anchor]] into a link to {base-path}Page#wiki-anchor, but gollum-site appears to turn [[Page#wiki-anchor]] into a link to {base-path}Page.html, throwing away the #wiki-anchor portion.
