The mage enemy needs its attacks implemented. At least the lightning should be implemented for milestone 1.

Lightning implemented in 9ad7d6865c45701a0716909cb5b263c4b8d0f4b7 There will probably be enough time to implement fireball, swords, and block, so this issue will remain open for now.

The other attacks haven't been implemented yet, but just one attack is really all that was needed for Milestone 1, so I'm going to go ahead and close this issue.
