Auto import global SCSS sheets #16

Would be nice if we could auto import anything in /styles/global/ into all .scss files so no need to use @import in the components style blocks.

For our Nuxt sites, we used this module to do this: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@nuxtjs/style-resources
