Fixed extensions on files with no name. See http://brackets.io/docs/current/modules/file/FileUtils.html#-getSmartFileExtension
Removed renderWorkingSet because it isn't needed
Added txt extension as fallback

@drewbkoch any way you can merge this, actually fixes stuff and perhaps merge the other PR's since they add support for more icons?
