Separate width and height scaling (or slider-adjustable aspect ratio)? #43

I'm putting together a pride flags/symbols pack which will recommend Conformal Decals, and looking for a way to essentially stretch a single decal/flag to make an arbitrarily long strip, rather than placing several in a line next to each other. Similar to what this user has described:

I also saw a few people have asked for a way to mirror decals... could x- and y- scaling be split into two sliders, and allow negative values? Spent a few hours combing thru the forum/docs and messing with configs to try and make it work, but it's outside my skill level. Cheers!

What's wrong with just making the texture very wide?
