feat: Implement redis caching for NFT and stems #253

General Changes

Implemented redis caching
Cached every new stem and NFT uploaded so it can be cached
Used the cached version if available in place of querying the API thereby increasing speed

Note: It only works on newly uploaded stems/NFTs
