Add an open source license.

This was an orphaned project, and so not exactly mine to license or redistribute. (See https://github.com/drewda/cucumber-sublime-bundle#credits )

That said, myself, @bubenkoff, and others have maintained and contributed to this project over the years. So seems reasonable for us to attach an MIT license.

@philoserf please change the copyright line and we can merge this in.
