Cleaned up some style for the layout #61

There was a 40px blank spot above all the content (including the header) on all of the pages. This removed that, and gets rid of some "white" coloring. Also moved some very long hand CSS to shorter hand.

Confirmed the header bug (in firefox) is now gone. Thank you!
