Remove NLS Warnings from Shared Project. That's the plan, at least. I ex... #183

...ported the Preferences from the Shared Project after updating the warning preferences and replaced the existing one. That may not be the relavent file, though...

I think the warnings were already turned off in the committed preferences file...I thought you and/or @jmccormi had just turned them on for your machines. I know I don't get any of those warnings.

Is there an easy way we can figure out if this change is necessary? I'd rather not make people re-import the preferences file AGAIN if we don't need to.

If you aren't getting the warnings, it's probably fine. It's probably a local preference.
