VOTE: What frameworks do we use and why? #6

I'm voting for either ReactJS (cause its the money maker) + NodeJS if we need a backend or a Python framework cause Python is versatile, readable and simple.

For the frontend, it is probably best to stick to what we know so perhaps

I plan on learning React and NodeJS for the backend so perhaps we could use them (although I would be relying on others to lead on this initially until I become familiar with them). Happy to consider other ideas mind.

I'm not familiar with Python myself but not adverse to learning it in time.

Now that I have done Drew's Node.JS course, I am happy to use the tools he uses so express, EJS, MariaDB, Node.js, etc

I have been thinking that it might be easier to use MongoDB database than MariaDB. There is a full course here, which would be worth doing: https://learn.mongodb.com/learn/learning-path/mongodb-nodejs-developer-path
