OK, forget that. because I had removed 'Ensembles iOS.xcodeproj' from my project and re-added it, I had not followed the Ensembles installations. I have now gone through them step by step, completed a successful build, archive, validate, and submit to the App Store. Which has passed validation.
The following build has completed processing: Platform: iOS You can now use this build for TestFlight testing or submit it to the App Store.
I have performed the Ensembles install correctly. Please ignore the reported issue.

Any idea on what is required to correct the issue reported below c/= App Store Connect.

ITMS-90863: Apple silicon Macs support issue - The app links with libraries that are not present on Mac:
@rpath/Ensembles.framework/Ensembles . After you’ve corrected the issues, you can upload a new binary to App Store Connect.
