99% assemblies depend on System.dll anyway

Thanks for your interest in this application. Unless I misunderstand you, it's 
currently possible to exclude System.dll or indeed any other DLLs from the 
graph via the filtering UI:

Did you have something else in mind?  Or perhaps this feature isn't easy enough 
to discover or use?
