Make the version for .NET 4.0 #9

While the tool itself easily compiles to .NET 4.0 with no problems after that, 
it'll be nice to have a specific release for .NET 4.0.

Yes you're absolutely right.  I will try to get a new release up ASAP.  There 
is something else I would like to change in the code before then, however.

I've made the changes I wanted to and released a version that requires .NET 3.5 
(for those unlucky few who can't upgrade to 4.0 just yet for some reason.)

Please download the release and check whether it works for you.
