SPI Flash 5 Issue #139

We've had SPI Flash chip 5 fail multiple times. Can't tell if it's a timing issue or hardware issue. Flash chip 5 will only return a white image, suggesting it remains in the erased state, or that we don't read from it correctly

This seems to have resolved itself with changed SPI Flash write timing. Let's keep an eye on it

Looks like this problem has been resolved
